Carolyn Raffa Fazio, founding partner, brings to the firm forty years of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, resource development, and public relations. In addition to client consultation, Fazio has considerable experience conducting keynote presentations and workshops on fund raising, public relations, and strategic analysis. She is widely published in the fields of constituency cultivation and resource development.
Fazio is a member of the International Section Council for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is also a member of the APAC Committee. In 1992, she achieved the prestigious designation of European Counselor in Association Management, a certification awarded by the European Society of Association Executives. Fazio was named 1993 Associate of the Year by the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). She is a member of he FSAE Board of Directors, serves on the FSAE Associate Advisory Council, and is Past President of the FSAE Foundation Board of Trustees.
Past President of the International Public Relations Association, Fazio now serves an advisor to the organization. She is Past Chair of the Public Relations Society of America's International Section.
