Carolyn Raffa Fazio, founding partner, brings to the firm thirty-seven years of experience in resource development, public relations, organizational management, and strategic planning. In addition to client consultation, Fazio has considerable experience in conducting keynote presentations and workshops on fund raising, public relations, and strategic analysis. She is widely published in the fields of constituency cultivation and fund raising.
Fazio serves as a member of the International Section Council for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). In 1992, she achieved the prestigious designation of European Counselor in Association Management, a certification awarded by the European Society of Association Executives.
Fazio was named 1993 Associate of the Year by the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). She is Past President of the FSAE Foundation Board of Trustees and serves on the FSAE Associate Advisory Council.
Past President of the International Public Relations Association, she now serves an advisor to its Board of Directors. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and is Past Chair of its International Section.
